After just one week of cutting out soda, and actually paying attention to what I am putting into my body, I have dropped 14.2 pounds. I know it's not "healthy" to lose that much weight in a week, but I am sure that it will work itself out in the end, and I'll start losing normal amounts of weight from here on out. I had a lot to lose, and a lot came off. Fast. And well, I am thrilled with the results! I figure since I have done nothing unhealthy to lose so much so fast, I'm fine.
Here's hoping that I continue to drop weight at an okay rate (2-3 pounds per week would be fine with me!)... and that I reach my 100 pound loss goal by next July. :)
